Our Process

Selecting Granite – We have samples of granite, marble and other natural stones at our office and fabrication shop. Three of our stone suppliers, located in the Milwaukee area, have web sites where you can view pictures of their stone, and they can email digital pictures of the slabs.. We encourage you to make your final selection at one of our stone suppliers, and three are listed below:

Obtaining a Bid – Fax, email, or mail your floor plan and the “Request for Bid Sheet” form to us. Your floor plan needs to have all the cabinet dimensions marked. Special features should be clearly marked, or a written description given. All edges to be polished should be marked with an “X”.

Returning your Bid – Our goal is to have your job quoted within 24-48 hours, depending upon the job complexity.

Accepting our Bid – Sign the Job Proposal and fax, email, or mail to us. We ask for a down payment of 50% of the total job cost. The check should be made payable to Dvorak Natural Stone LLC and mailed to 5809 Barton Rd Madison, WI 53711.

Preparing for measure – All cabinets, fillers, pilasters, posts, etc., must be installed before we measure. If you are remodeling and replacing your old countertops, they may need to be removed to obtain an accurate measure.

Installing the Stone – Our goal is to install the countertops within two to three weeks from the day of the measure, and this depends upon our job flow. We will set the installation date after the measure.

Caring for the Stone – A Granite Care Guide will be provided for you upon job completion.
